Josh Rogers, Executive Director
Josh Rogers, from Waycross, GA, is a proud graduate of the Southern Studies program at Mercer University and holds a Master's degree from The University of York, in England, thanks to the Gilbert-Tharpe Rotary International Ambassadorial Scholarship. Previously employed as the Director of Preservation and Special Projects at NewTown Macon and Economic Regeneration Manager for the City of Macon, Rogers brings specialties in real estate development, complex financing mechanisms, practical preservation and rehabilitation strategies and urban revitalization to his current role as Executive Director of Historic Macon Foundation. Rogers is an Eagle Scout, a certified Economic Development Finance Professional, a graduate of the Georgia Academy for Economic Development and serves on Boards of the Cox Capitol Theatre, College of Liberal Arts Alumni Board of Directors at Mercer University and is a member of the Macon Rotary Club.
