Historic Macon Foundation is the leading preservation consultant in Middle Georgia.  We have listed thousands of buildings on the National Register of Historic Places through seven historic district listings, 300 tax credit applications, and completing 125 of our own historic building rehabilitation projects.  If a building is at least 50 years old, we can usually help owners receive the benefits of some or all of the programs below.  Many times, we can save  owners more than half the cost of rehabilitating a 50-year-old or older building.
