Historic Macon Foundation is currently accepting bids for the rehabilitation of three historic houses in the Beall's Hill neighborhood in Macon, GA.  These historic homes will be rehabilitated in accordance with the Secretary of the Interior's Standards for the Rehabilitation of Historic Buildings.  Only pre-qualified contractors may bid on these projects.  If your firm is not pre-qualified, and you wish to bid, please submit both a statement of qualification and a bid.  Your statement of qualification will be considered before your bid.  To submit your bid, please begin by downloading the Request for Bid and follow the instructions included in the request.  You will find the as built scale drawings, as finished scale drawings and work write-ups for each project below for digital download.  You may also download a sample bid sheet to help you construct your bid.  Bids are due on December 28, 2011 by 5pm and will only be accepted in digital format emailed to This e-mail address is being protected from spambots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it .  Incomplete bids will not be considered, so please double-check to ensure you have provided all requested information.  Bids from contractors who are not pre-qualified will also not be considered.
